AVENUE Launches the V Porto Residence
20 November 2019 –The Portuguese developer AVENUE has launched its latest residential development, V Porto. Predibisa and LUXIMOS Christie´s are in charge of sales of the project, which overlooks the Douro river in Porto.
V Porto, which is located on Rua D. Pedro V, between the Palacio de Cristal and the Douro waterfront, consists of 82 flats and 16 villas, with prices starting at 195,000 euros.
The flats have between one and four-bedrooms, with areas between 52 and 220 square meters and at least one parking space. The duplex villas mostly have two bedrooms and areas ranging from 72 to 166 square meters.
