APEMIP (Unsurprisingly) Reports Lower Sales in May

19 June 2020 According to a report by APEMIP, approximately 80% of the real estate agencies that belong to the group suffered a drop in sales and turnover in May, compared to the same month last year. At the same time, however, 83.9% stated that even so, sales prices are holding firm. Another 15.5% reporting falling prices.

Just over 72% of the real estate brokerages agencies revealed that had reopened during the first post-lockdown phase, which began on May 4. None reported any significant difficulties in complying with the new hygiene and safety rules.
