Altamira Sells Development in the Algarve

9 March 2020 – Altamira Asset Management announced the sale of the tourist resort Vila Branca, located in Lagos. The development is located near the beach of Porto de Mós. The condominium consists of 82 one-to-three bedroom apartments.

The sale comes two months after Altamira sold another asset in the Algarve, this time a plot of land. The two assets were part of a portfolio controlled by Oitante, which took on the assets previously held by Banco Banif.
