Alta de Lisboa Presents the Fourth Building in the Altear Project

14 December 2020 – This Thursday, Solyd Property Developers presented its fourth development, the Parque Altear, within the Altear project in Alta de Lisboa.

The Altear project consists of a total of ten buildings. This fourth will has 40 one- to four-bedroom flats, with the price of a 77-m2 one-bedroom flat starting at 240,000 euros.

The building has a top-floor swimming pool for the residents’ use and three areas for shops and services on the ground floor. The building also boasts a private fitness centre, a lounge and parking with pre-installed electric vehicle charging points.
