Algarve to Become Home to Another Luxury Hotel

8 February 2018

The Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel will be the latest luxury unit in Alvor, in an innovative bet by the HPA Health Group, in partnership with Longevity Wellness Worldwide. It will be the developer’s first foray into the health and wellness sector, through the Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel brand.

Vitor Vilhena Arquitectura designed the project, and Gabriel Couto is responsible for construction.

Located in the region of Portimão, the new hotel will be built in the village of Alvor and will have four above-ground floors, in addition to two basement levels. The total construction area is 7,500 m2.

The hotel will have 70 rooms. The infrastructure includes, among other facilities, a spa/wellness centre with approximately 1,500 m2 of area, including medical facilities, a multipurpose room with audio-visual capability, restaurants, a tea room, a rooftop pool overlooking the bay of Alvor and a set of green spaces that will provide its clients with opportunities for relaxation.
