Activity in Urban Rehabilitation Continues to Rise

In November, the level of activity in Urban Rehabilitation maintained its growth trend, registering an increase of 4.3% in year-on-year terms.
According to AICCOPN’s Urban Rehabilitation Barometer, a substantial increase of 40.7% year-on-year was observed in the evolution of contracted projects, as in the previous month. The data confirmed that the urban rehabilitation segment has excellent prospects for 2017.
The production contracted in months, that is the assured time of work at a standard production rate, was 8.3 months, which represents an increase of 23% over the same month of the previous year.
