Acciona Debuts in Portugal’s Real Estate Market with Construction of 100 Buildings

It is the first major development in the neighbourhood of Graça, Lisbon. The project, which has a total forecast investment of €40 million, is aimed at local buyers.

ACCIONA Inmobiliária is debuting in the Portuguese market through the construction of 100 houses in the neighbourhood of Graça, in Lisbon, the company announced on Thursday. The project is a first for a subsidiary of the ACCIONA group, leading residential property development and management company, which has been present in Portugal since the 1950s.

The venture is the result of a partnership with Clever Red and the NAU Hotels & Resorts group. The company will also build a public area with panoramic views of Lisbon in addition to the 100 homes.

The project will contribute to the rehabilitation of the neighbourhood of Graça, upgrading areas of interest in the city while increasing the supply of housing. The projected total investment in the project is around 40 million euros.
