Merlin Properties to Debut on Lisbon Stock Exchange by Year-End

8 October 2019 – The Spanish socimi Merlin Properties will debut on the Portuguese stock market by the end of this year, according to the company’s management in Spain and Portugal.

Merlin Properties’ portfolio in Portugal consists of nine office buildings and two commercial galleries, the Monumental, in Lisbon, and the Almada Forum, as well as the Lisbon Norte logistics platform. The assets account for about 9% of the socimi’s total assets. Merlin has plans to increase that figure to 15%.
