CGD Sold More Than 3,000 Properties Worth €338 Million in 2017

Lisbon – The Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) sold more than 3,000 properties last year, raising 338 million euros. 68 million euros came from the sale of three buildings in Lisbon last December.
Among the sales, the well-known Marconi building, located in the Entrecampos zone, on Avenida 5 de Outubro, stands out, the state-owned bank said in a statement today.
