Porto: Public Auction of Six Lots of Land in Foz

The Porto city council wants to sell six lots of land on the Alfredo Ferreira Faria street, in the Union of the Parishes of Aldoar, Foz and Nevogilde, for the construction of single-family housing, aiming to raise roughly 1.4 million euros.
In an announcement posted on its news portal today, the city council said that the auction for the sale of the lots of land, which will be sold and tendered individually, will take place next Tuesday at 10:30 am.
The lots “are intended for the construction of single-family housing, with three above-ground floors,” the statement read.
The most extensive lot, with 488.65 square meters, has a minimum bid of 285,000 euros, and the remaining five, each having 239.13 square meters, the base bid has been set at 220,000 euros.
