Quinta do Lorde in Madeira on Sale for €54 Million

6 December 2019 – The Quinta do Lorde Resort Hotel’s insolvency administrator announced that it would sell the Caniçal development for a minimum price of 54 million euros. Interested parties may submit closed letter proposals until January 16. The assets include the main building, 155 tourist flats and a 75-year concession to the marina.

The development went into insolvency four years ago with debs of 114 million euros.
