Portuguese Pension Fund Acquires Pestana Delfim Hotel for €35 Million

17 December 2019 – A Portuguese pension fund has acquired the Pestana Delfim Hotel for approximately 35 million euros. The sale was one of the largest transactions in the sector in 2019.

The Pestana Delfim Beach & Golf Hotel is located in Alvor, one of the most exclusive areas of the western Algarve. The hotel consists of 240 double rooms, 59 family rooms and 13 suites, most of which have views of the sea. The facility also has a restaurant, two bars, meeting rooms and an event hall. WORX – Real Estate Consultants represented the buyer.
