French Group Invests in Condominium in Comporta
18 July 2017
The French tourism and real estate group Terresés will develop a residential condominium near the beach of Carvalhal, in Comporta. The group announced that the condominium will be completed by 2019, with a total of 148 accommodations, between hotel-apartments, fishermen-style houses and villas.
The venture is aimed at a “prime” clientele, with the French group in charge of marketing and after-sales management.
The development will have three types of accommodations: one and two-bedroom hotel-apartments that could eventually be turned into three-bedroom apartments, having a sale price of 150,000 euros for a 60 m2 area; fishermen-style houses with three to five-bedrooms, with areas between 85 and 150 m2 and prices between 297,000 and 550,000 euros; and lastly, villas measuring 180 to 250 m², each with a pool, located on plots of land ranging from 1,000 and 2,000 m², with asking prices between 800,000 and 1.2 million euros.
The condominium ‘La Réserve’ will provide residents with a collective pool, spa, multi-sports field, a children’s club, restaurant and bar, supermarket, electric bicycles rental shop and a bus line to the beach.
The French group expects the project to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2019.
