Through its real estate investment fund Virtus, Kryalos sold an office and retail property in Milan to Inarcassa. Located near Piazza Duomo and Piazza San Babila in Via Verziere, the asset has been recently renovated and consists of two connecting buildings.

Risanamento to develop new multi-functional space Motus in Milan

Risanamento plans to build an 18,000 Sqm multi-functional space in Via Grosio, Milan. The area, which has been named Motus, will develop around a 2,700 Sqm covered square. The space will accommodate offices, shops, restaurants, sports and wellness activities, green areas and 1,000 parking spaces.

Kyalos sold mixed-use asset in Milan for €12.6 mln

Kryalos Sgr, with the assistance of Aquileia Capital Services, sold for €12.6 million Corso Sempione 67, a mixed-use property in Milan, to IME Industria Maglieria Europea. The asset was built in the Eighties and renovated in 2015, with a 3,9000 Sqm surface developing over two floors and two levels underground. It accommodates long-term tenants such as shops and services.

PAM Group bought 54 Dico supermarkets in central Italy

Generali Real Estate acquired Cortile della Seta in Milan

Generali Real Estate completed the acquisition of Cortile della Seta, a mixed-use trophy asset located in the Brera district of Milan. The area consists of office space for 19,000 Sqm and 2,000 Sqm of retail space, including terraces covering 1,400 Sqm on different levels. The property is leased long-term to companies such as LVMH and Kering. Cortile della Seta had been entirely renovated by the seller and is WELL Core Platinum- and LEED Gold-certified.

Indotek acquired 13 Carrefour supermarkets

Pardera acquired shopping centres in Pavia and Campobasso

Pradera Real Estate Investment completed on behalf of London fund Crestline the acquisition of shopping centres Il Ducale (Pavia) and Costaverde (Campobasso) respectively from Bain Capital and Kryalos. Il Ducale covers 40,000 Sqm and offers over 60 shops, while Costaverde has a 21,000 Sqm surface for more than 40 shops and an area for shows and events.
