Hines to sell iconic Liberty Tower in Milan

The iconic Liberty Tower, held by the joint venture between Hines and Dutch pension fund PPGM, will be put on the market for around €150 million. Located in Piazza Liberty, Milan, the tower covers 6,000 Sqm for 11 floors in total and 47 metres in height. The asset is entirely renovated and currently leased to private equity company Ardian and Business Integration Partners, which operates in business consulting.

Blackstone selling its Italian logistic portfolio for over 260 mln €

Blackstone has put for sale its Italian logistic portfolio named Pj Century and has appointed Kryalos Sgr to manage the operation. The portfolio concerns various logistic assets located in the north of Italy valued at over 260 million € and covering 235,000 Sq m in total. The exclusive on the transaction has been given to the British GLP, which specialises in investing in logistics and infrastructures.

Milan: the former Manifattura in Legnano to be auctioned at a 4 mln € starting price

The selling price for the former textile factory and cotton mill (Manifattura) in Legnano has plummeted from 21 million € to less than 4 million €. The price reduction is mainly due to the Ministry of Cultural Heritage’s decision to apply restrictions on some of the buildings, likely resulting in better chances to find an investor for the 41,000 Sq m area.

Seven Condo Hotel suites for sale at the World Join Center in Milan

Palma Mysuite announced its first Condo Hotel in Italy with seven luxury suites of 60 Sq m each in the World Join Center (WJC), in Viale Achille Papa, Milan. Engel & Völkers have been appointed for the sale, while Palma Mysuite will be in charge of the property management. The buyer will have full ownership of the suite while leasing it under a 10-years contract granting them a 3% yearly income. The suites occupy the 13th and 14th floor of the iconic office tower owned by Simon srl, while the rest of the building accommodates offices.

Fondazione Venezia to sell its property valued 400 mln €

Fondazione Venezia has put for sale several of its historical properties around Venice: from Casa Dei Tre Oci to the M9 exhibition centre, and many others. Besides the understandable financial difficulties due to the pandemic, the Foundation decided to sell its property, which is valued 400 million €, to provide funds for culture and arts, as stated in its 2021/2023 business plan.

Montecatini Terme: the spa complex might go to a foreign buyer

Treviso: the former Fornace Guerra-Gregorj is for sale

La Spezia to auction properties for a total of 1.4 mln €

Barletta: the old post office building is for sale

The former post office (Palazzo della Poste) of Barletta is now for sale, as the restrictions set by the Ministry of Culture have been lifted. The Municipality of Barletta is considering buying the property to avoid that a private investor might buy it and use it for business purposes, as the building gained historical value following World War II.
