Percassi sells the Turin and Enna outlets

14 November, Il Sole 24 Ore

Inaugurated last spring and already on sale. According to rumours, in fact, the Turin outlet village owned by the Percassi group would be already on the market, together with the Agira centre, located in Enna, Sicily.

The dossier concerning the two outlets might be already landed on the desks of some real estate operators. Many think that the sale is due to some difficulties related to other investments. The other three outlets controlled by Arcus are excluded from the sale.

The Sicily outlet village, the first, started four years ago, and it’s spread over 29 thousand Sq m and a third phase is planned for its expansion for other 6 thousand Sq m. While the Turin outlet village extends for 20 thousand Sq m. The value of the two properties is assessed around 200 million euro. In the meanwhile, the company is planning a sixth opening in Rome through the requalification of an already existing shopping centre.
