Milan, new life for Corti di Baires thanks to shops and apartments

The former shopping complex Corti di Baires in Via Petrella, Milan, will be requalified. The project implies the creation of six big commercial spaces and 200 apartments by 2020, with the addition of green spaces. After many years of neglect, a breakthrough came with the fund Meyer Bergman with Kryalos as the advisor. The operation is valued around 200 million euro, considering the acquisition and requalification costs.
