JLL: Milan attracts retail investments for 518 million

The presence of national and international brands makes Milan an exciting marketplace, while the high street segment registers an increasing number of institutional investor and growing profit margins. In 2018 the Milan retail market was worth 518 million euro, representing 60% of the total in Italy.
Quadrilatero leads the market with 307 shops, followed by Corso Buenos Aires with 207. The Duomo-Galleria is the busiest area with 94,900 visitors daily.
