Unicredit and Bnp hesitant about Progetto Italia

Progetto Italia, the plan of Salini Impregilo and Cdp to bail the construction group Astaldi. Intesa Sanpaolo and Banco Bpm are favourable to the operation, while Uncredit and Bnp-Bnl aren’t.
The plan concerns the recapitalisation of Salini lmpregilo for 600 million euro, 300 of which by Cpd, 150 by Intesa, Banco Bpm and Bnp-Bnl, 50 by Salini Simonpietro, and 100 million will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
