In 2018 Tuscany registered 39,500 residential transactions – half of which in Florence only – and the positive trend is meant to continue. Whereas in Italy the value per square metre decreased in 2018, it remained stable in Tuscany. The Florence residential market has left the recession behind, thanks to the many requalification projects on the existing assets through private investing.
