The Sicily property market has grown by 4.5%

The real estate market in Sicily reported 34,234 transactions with a 4.5% increase from last year. Prices have slightly decreased, both for houses in the provincial capitals (the average price is 1,153 euro/Sq m) and for houses in the provinces (774 euro/Sq m). The figures are published on 1st June by the regional observatory concerning the property market for 2017.
