The property market in Campania is growing, although the price trend is still negative

The residential market in Campania reported 8,808 transactions (+5.2% from the same period of 2018). Meanwhile, prices are still registering a negative variation, even though the trend is not as dramatic as in the past.

Naples reported 1,831 transactions in the first quarter, seeing the rise of luxury houses located in prime areas like Posillipo and Chiaia, where prices average 6,750 euro/Sq m.
