Shorter times to sell a house

The time to sell a house has become shorter. According to Tecnocasa, the time has gone from 141 to 134 days in big cities, from 167 to 156 in the provincial capitals. Suburbs have remained steady at 164 days. Among the big cities, sales are quicker in Bologna (97 days) and Milan (109). The average result is better than in 2010. 2012 reported the performance when transactions would take 191 days.
