Savona: higher returns for property investments

Tecnocasa reports positive results from the real estate market in the province of Savona for the first part of 2019. The average gross returns are set 5% for one-bedroom houses and 4.6% for two-bedroom houses. Rents have increased for both typologies, respectively by 2.3% and 1.8%.
