Rome at first place for real estate transactions

The Italian real estate market is getting closer to a turning point thanks to the increased demand from Italian families finally returning making purchases. In Milan, transactions have been consistently growing over the last 6 years, with a significant increase in the last 30 months. Rome confirms to be the first market recovering 34% in 2017 with 32,000 residential transactions. These figures come from the second 2017market report regarding the tends of prime residential properties in Milan and Rome by Engel & Völkers with the collaboration of Nomisma.
