19 December, Edilizia & Territorio

In the third quarter of the year, we’ve seen that houses sales have significantly slowed down. This trend was already reported in the previous quarter. According to the Revenue Agency, between July and September, the market reported 122,378 houses sold, with a growth of 1,5% compared to the same period of the previous year. Small cities have seen a slightly more dynamic market (+1.7%), while bigger cities have registered a smaller growth (+1.2%). In the second quarter of 2017, the market has grown by 3.8%.
