Residential, an opportunity for Rome

Residential transactions are expected to grow in Rome. According to the figures published by Engel & Völkers in collaboration with Nomisma, the old town, Prati and Eur will be the areas that will benefit the most from the trend. Prices will remain stable, prime properties included, while some in causes they might even reduce. Small-sized apartments prevailed in the first quarter of 2018, with about 2,900 transactions. The average surface of the houses sold in the Capital is 93 Sq m, against the 109 Sq m of the national average.
