The start of 2018 has confirmed the positive trend of property transactions, even though some cities reported negative results. In the first three months of the year, the residential market grew by 4.3% compared to the same period of 2017, registering a growth for the twelfth consecutive time. Commercial properties also performed well, despite the decrease of the office segment. These figures are taken from the quarterly report by the Real Estate Observatory of the Revenue Agency published today and available on the website www.agenziaentrate.gov.it.
Between January and March 2018, the property market registered 127,277 transactions for houses (+4.3%).
