Private investors are back investing in real estate

According to Manuela Soncini, Head of Wealth Planning for Credit Suisse, real estate saw the return of private investors. The favourite asset classes are logistics, hotels, office and commercial assets in Milan, with yields between 3.5% and 4%. Luxury houses are also very appreciated, especially by foreign investors, thanks to the flat tax.
