Prices for residential properties are going down

According to the analysis by Crif, 2017 has registered a further decrease of values in the residential segment, with a fall of 4.1% on a yearly basis, and of 22% if compared to 2010. The market, however, is improving because in the fourth quarter the price reduction was of 3.5% for old properties, while new constructions have seen their prices growing by 3.1% compared to the same period of 2016.
