Positive trend for Italian real estate

In 2018, the property transactions increased by 6.5% nationally, according to the Revenue Agency. Based on the data from Tecnocasa, big cities saw transactions rising (+5.8%) along with prices (1.6%). The outlook for 2019 is aligned with the 2018 trend, with prices slightly on the rise in the big cities (between +1% and +3%).
