More investors in residential

Even though the residential segment constitutes more than 80% of the real estate market in terms of turnover, it gets little interest by institutional investors in Italy. But now they have changed their mind: according to the analysis carried out by Cbre, 31% of the investors don’t exclude investing in the segment. The quota was 20% only one year ago.
