Gabetti: good overall performance of the residential market in 2018

Gabetti reports 280,970 transactions in the first part of 2018 (+5% from the same period of 2017) and 297,677 deals in the second half (+8%). Property prices in the first eight Italian cities reduced by -0.3%, resulting in an improvement from 2017, when the variation was -1%.
