7.4 months to sell a house

In the fourth quarter of 2017, it took over 220 days (7.4 months) on average to sell a house. The average discount has been around 10.6%, according to the latest survey by Banca d’Italia with the collaboration of the Revenue Agency and Tecnoborsa.
