The All Star fund buys for 31 million two properties from Bpm

All Star, the property fund managed by Kryalos Sgr, has completed the acquisition of a portfolio composed of two properties belonging to the group Banco Bpm for an investment of 31 million euro. The assets, located in Milan in Corso Monforte and in Rome in Via Vittorio Veneto, occupy a total surface of approximately 4,200 Sq m. They ‘re currently unlet and they will be requalified in the future. With this new acquisition, the real estate portfolio of the All Star fund reaches 7 properties altogether, 60 thousand Sq m in total. “With this operation”, explains Paolo Bottelli, Kryalos sgr Ceo, “we’ll strengthen our position in the Milan and Rome office segment, managing a portfolio of over 250 thousand Sq m in total”. Kryalos manages assets for about 3.8 billion euro including various asset classes. Kryalos sgr started its business in August 2015 after the acquisition of Henderson Global Investors sgr and subsequently changed its name. Besides the All Star fund, Kryalos sgr manages 22 property funds in the office, retail, logistics and hospitality segments for a total of assets under management of 2.6 billion euro.
