Segro sells to Corum Asset Management the property GBOne in the Vimercate Energy Park

Segro, a British real estate company, has sold to Corum Asset Management S.A.S. the property GBOne, for a surface of approximately 7,500 Sq m, located in the Energy Park in Vimercate.

The property is leased to prime companies including Micron Technologies, Ecolab, Wuerth Elektronik and Plantronics.

The team headed by Hogan Lovells has assisted Segro and has been coordinated by the partner Marco Rota Candiani, along with the consulting from Maria Deledda and by the senior associate Alberto Carrara.

The buyer has been assisted by the legal firm DLS Piper with the partner Olaf Schmidt together with Giovanni Pediliggieri from the Real Estate division.
