The legal firm Santa Maria assisted a reserved property fund dedicated to institutional investors managed by Serenissima Sgr named Fondo Goethe for the sale of an entire building located in Corso Italia, in the city centre of Milan, for commercial and office use.
The building has a surface of 8,600 Sq m and is located in the city centre of Milan only 500 metres away from Piazza Duomo. It was built at the beginning of the 20th century and has kept the original high-value features.
The Santa Maria team was guided by the partner Federico Barbara, responsible for the real estate division, along with the associate Tiziana Conte.
Chiomenti assisted the buyer, Savills Investment Management Sgr, that acquired the property on behalf of a closed-end alternative real estate investment fund named Jaguar, through a team led by the partner Filippo Cecchetti and by the associate Giulia Minetti Floccari.
