Prelios and the Tpg Sixth Street acquired the Bari freight terminal

The Bari freight terminal has gone to Prelios and the Tpg Sixth Street for 41 million following the order of the Court of Bari concerning the debt reorganisation of the asset and of its parent company Italfinance which will continue managing the facility. The debt settlement allowed to reduce the total exposure from 122 to 51.2 million.
