InvestiRe sgr has concluded on behalf of the specialised closed-end fund Spazio Sanità with a first closing the operation concerning a real estate portfolio of six hospitals located in Piedmont, Tuscany, and Friuli Venezia Giulia for 590 beds in total managed by the company Sereni Orizzonti.
According to the subsidiary of Banca Finnat, “With these acquisitions, the fund Spazio Sanità, incorporated in 2011, has reached assets for 1,800 beds and 100 thousand Sq m”. The assets of the funds “are completely allocated and they will be managed by key players of the market: the group Kos (the initial advisor for the fund), the group Segesta, and the group Sereni Orizzonti”.
