Dea Capital Re sold the Atlantic 1 assets

As its managed funds are approaching the due date, Dea Capital Real Estate proceeds with the sale of the assets left. Concerning the closed-end real estate investment fund Atlantic 1, listed on the Milan Stock Exchange with expiration in 2019, yesterday the company finalized the transfer of a property in San Donato Milanese for 46 million euro before taxes. The price is 9% lower than the 50.5 million appraised by the property fund at the end of 2017. This week, Dea Capitals Re has also finalised the transfer of some assets included in its listed property fund Atlantic 2-Berenice, expiring this year. The transfer concerned seven properties: three in Milan, two in Turin, one in Palermo and one in Gallipoli. The total value of the operation is 19.55 million, the definitive transfer agreement of the eighth and last property of the portfolio is expected by September.
