Thanks to the acquisition through its fund COIMA Core Fund 1of the asset located in Via Ripamonti 85, COIMA SGR has broadened its portfolio. The building is partially leased to the Dainkin Milan offices. The investment strategy implies the renovation and leasing of the spaces that are currently vacant. The building is strategically positioned, as it’s close to the Prada Foundation and just across the former Romana train station which will undergo a regeneration process in the next few years.
