Bnp Paribas Reim bought an office building in Viale di Villa Grazioli in Rome for 37.7 million euro. Bnp Paribas Reim acquired the property on behalf of an alternative real estate trust fund dedicated to professional investors. The asset was sold by Fondo Sympleo, a fund incorporated in 2011 by Ream sgr spa.

Bnp Paribas Reim was assisted by the legal firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, by the advisor Gva Redilco srl and the technical advisor REAAS spa – Real Estate Asset & Assurance Service. The property is located in the posh neighbourhood of Parioli. It was built in the Sixties and recently requalified by the seller. The building is fully leased to primary tenants, and it occupies a surface of over 4,000 Sq m.

In August 2018, Bnp Paribas Reim bought in Rome an office building leased to various primary tenants named “Gaurico building”.
