Banca Sella sold bad loans for 214 million

04 July, Finanza Report

Banca Sella and the group B2Holding reached an agreement for the sale of NPL worth 214 million euro. The portfolio includes secured and unsecured loans.

The operation will have a positive impact on the bank’s income statement, and it will further improve the equity ratio. B2Holding has been regularly operating in Italy since 2017 with its subsidiary B2 Kapital. Thanks to the acquisition, the group will further strengthen its position in the Italian NPL market, as a memo reads, confirming not only its interest in investing in various asset classes but also the intention in expanding its servicing platform.
