York to restructure Russotti’s debt and to enter the company’s capital

York Capital Management will restructure the debt of the hotel chain Russotti and then enter its capital acquiring a 40%share. York bought credits from the main creditors for 144 million euro and will invest 130 million to become a shareholder of the company. The investment will also be used to relaunch the company by renovating some of its hotels.
