Yard Re and Selecta Re partnered to create a new player in the Italian hospitality market

Yard Re and Selecta Re formed an exclusive partnership to operate hotels and other properties throughout the country jointly. The new player will sell and lease hotels and other hospitality facilities targeting the owners, the managers and the investors of three- and four-stars hotels with no more than 100 rooms. Yard Re is a real estate broker specialised in the management of distressed assets, while Selecta Re is an agency marketing assets and companies operating in the hospitality industry.
