Varde aims at the Diana Majestic Hotel in Milan

Varde is said to be at the advanced stage of the negotiations for the acquisition of the Diana Majestic in Porta Venezia, Milan. The management of the hotel will remain under Marriott International. It would be the next operation of the American group in Italy, after important operations such as the acquisition of Boscolo Hotels for 500 million euro.
