Transactions of shops are growing

The results of 2017 real estate transactions are positive for the non-residential segment, with the retail registering the best performance. The sales of retail spaces in the fourth quarter of 2017 have signalled an increase of 9.2%, 21.6% in the province of Milan. The service sector has reported a reduction of 0.3% on a national level, of -4.7% in the province of Milan.
