The property market in Italy concluded 2019 with no variation in prices for most parts of the country

Immobiliare.it reports that prices on the Italian residential market did not register any significant change (+0.1%) from the previous year. Prices for properties in the south of the country kept dropping (-2%) with average prices set at 1,537 euro/Sq m, while house prices in the north increased by 1.6% p.a. with average prices at (2,592 euro/Sq m).
