The Domus Aventino project by Bnp Paribas Re launched in Rome

19 May, Milano Finanza

Domus Aventino in Rome has been put on the market. The project by Bnp Paribas Real Estate concerns the requalification of three buildings at the feet of the Aventino hill, an area which during the Roman empire used to accommodate the mansions of the aristocrats of the city. The total investment for the implementation of the project amounts to 170 million euro. The three buildings date back to the Fifties, as they were built to host the BNL headquarters. The third building is currently in the process of being requalified, its 50 apartments will be ready by 2019. Of the 150 apartments of the two other buildings, 130 have already been sold and some have been delivered and occupied.

The three buildings are composed of six floors, plus the basements and the garages. Thanks to the requalification, the internal spaces have been reorganized and have been adjusted to the ant seismic and energy saving requirements, with a great focus on the use of eco-sustainable materials and systems. The apartments vary in dimensions, have cable connection and feature home automation, as well as big terraces facing the communal gardens.
