The City of Monza to sell properties for 34 million euro

Continuing with the sale of some its properties, the City of Monza aims at selling real estate assets for a total of 34.2 million euro. Among the assets to be auctioned, the City Administration also added the Cantalupo shopping centre, along with other commercial spaces, four rental properties, and a former movie theatre. The starting prices ha been set at 1.2 million euro.
